We hope to exceed patient expectations through the patient-centered high-quality medical care delivered by our professional house calls nurse practitioners and physicians. At every visit our providers offer a professional medical assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and plan of care with comprehensive patient education and instructions that allows each patient to be able to make well-informed decisions about their care. We provide prescriptions electronically directly and securely to the pharmacy of your choice. We have relationships with local pharmacies, who can deliver your scripts to your doorstep. We also use a secure system for our electronic health records to document your health care electronically similar to most office-based clinics.

We can become your primary care provider and coordinate the services that you need, or we can collaborate with your primary care provider and/or other specialists involved in your care. We will also provide referrals to community resources as indicated:

NOTE: Our providers NEVER carry cash or narcotics.
